Looking for a nice flat in Dubai

Hey everyone, planning to move to Dubai in a couple of months for work, and I'm already hunting for a place to stay. Not sure which areas are decent and where to even start looking. Any tips on how to narrow down the options without getting lost?

The market moves fast over here, so better to have a clear picture of what you want. Think about whether you prefer a quiet neighborhood or being right in the middle of the action, traffic can be a pain otherwise. There are plenty of the apartments in Dubai offers right now, and you can browse a range of them on this site. Look closely at the service charges and chiller fees, some buildings look affordable until you see those annual extras.

Always ask for the exact square footage, not just the number of bedrooms. Listings can be tricky, and a one-bedroom might be smaller than you think. Knowing the real size helps you avoid overpaying for a cramped space.
